Jamie founded Build & Comply Consulting Group to give regulated businesses a partner who understands both the letter of the regulation and the reality of running a company, agency, or growing organization.

Her work spans healthcare, real estate, construction, energy and natural resources, franchises, and increasingly AI and emerging technology — industries that share a common thread: rules that shift, and real consequences for falling behind. As a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), her approach isn’t built around one set of regulations — it’s built around how compliance actually works, wherever it’s applied.

That belief shapes every engagement: plain-language policy, practical training, and recommendations that account for the resources a growing business actually has — not just what a regulation technically requires. That includes making sure the people doing the work are set up correctly, too — from worker classification to the systems that keep a growing team organized.

Healthcare remains a core part of her practice, where she’s a regular speaker at national industry events on Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory change. That same disciplined, practical approach now extends to any regulated or fast-growing business that needs it.
